Due to company’s development we are looking for MULTIMODAL TRANSPORT OPERATOR to work with and for our customers.

MULTIMODAL TRANSPORT OPERATOR

Work description:
* To place transport orders/bookings of sea & air shipments to carriers and NVOCCs;
* Proceed with instructions and control cargo consolidation process overseas;
* Track and Trace shipments through all transit points up to final destinations;
* Provide excellent and timely customer service by informing the client of transit time, shipment status, routing changes, required service information;
* Review commercial and transportation documentation sets for accuracy;
* Identify exceptions or problems as they arise; communicate with customer and service providers to identify solutions;
* Ensure that payable and receivable documents are completed accurately and forwarded on time;
* Prepare billing information, issue client invoices and coordinate with accounting department;
* Coordinate the release of goods from the carrier;
* Work in close cooperation with Forskip world wide partner net (Asia, USA, etc.)

Requested qualifications and personal qualities:
* Basic Freight Forwarding knowledge of multimodal shipments;
* Fluent English, Latvian, Russian;
* Team player with a positive attitude, individual initiative and good communication skills;
* Have ability to work under pressure;
* The capacity to pay attention to details;
* Ability to effectively multi-task.
