Due to company’s development we are looking for FCL Sales Manager to work with and for our customers.

SALES MANAGER
Work description:

  • manage the process of quotations of FCL import, transit and export shipments;
  • participate in the pricing policy of the company (request the rates, sell the freights, make offers to the customers, make calculations, etc);
  • reply on customers rates requests on daily bases;
  • communicate with the carriers;
  • communicate with the customers;
  • searching for new customers (active sales);
  • work in cooperation with the operation group;
  • work in cooperation with the partners world-wide;
  • work in cooperation with LCL Sales Manager;
  • work in cooperation with FORSKIP BY office in Minsk;
  • prepare and follow the sales target plan;
  • visit the customers and prepare sales reports;
  • bring-in business.

Skill requirements

  • experience in transportation sphere (specifically sea-transportation) OBLIGATORY;
  • fluent English, Latvian and Russian;
  • proactive, motivated; 
  • excellent communication and organisation skills;
  • willing and able to do active sales;
  • availability for business trips.

Previous experience in sales of sea-transportation service will be considered as an advantage.
